Had my holiday celebration party at my restaurant last night. I was standing and walking around for a few hours and hurt last night pretty good :(

This is my journey with DDH and my experience. I have found that reading the wonderful blogs belonging to some courageous women has helped me immensely and I am hoping that my words will be as helpful to someone else. Enjoy!
